Summary: The condo is very nice, very clean. The view and beach are amazing. The construction projects during the weekdays were very noisy as advertised. The Saturday morning landscaping chainsaws and tractors were unexpected and obtrusive. The owner was communicative until she wasn't anymore! (No response to the landscaping complaint or our comment on the broken key fob.)
